Our Values

Background

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy Interventions Manchester was founded in 2013 with the aim to provide the most effective psychological interventions by skilled psychotherapists; at the time support is needed to allow you to live your life to the fullest. Through the development of awareness into the human mind we have become more equipped in the understanding of the source of our emotional distress. Therefore, this has allowed us to gain the wisdom to change and respond adaptively.

Values
Our core values are to provide the most effective evidence based psychological interventions which will inspire you to achieve self-growth, empowerment, autonomy, self-compassion, and change.
