Psychological Approaches taken at CBT Interventions ManchesterAt my practice I mainly specialise in cognitive behaviour therapy. I am able to offer you the opportunity to integrate CBT within other evidence-based models of psychotherapy.
Compassion Focussed Therapy (CFT); Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT); Schema Therapy; Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR). ACT is a form of psychotherapy that helps individuals to recognise the challenges that suppressing, avoiding or denying their emotions can bring.
