Attending an online video or phone appointment could not be easier or more convenient. When you book an appointment, you are emailed a Google Meet appointment link to join your meeting on the day and time you have chosen.

This CBT practice aims to provide the most effective evidence-based therapies for a range of mental health problems, in line with the latest research recommendations of effectiveness from the National Institute for Health and Social Care Excellence (NICE) and NHS, such as the psychological conditions listed below.
